GUSTECH offers a broad spectrum of training services, both technical and motivational, independently, as a consultant under contract
to technical training companies, and as customary “deliverable” tasks within most product development contracts. These services
usually include both the development of the seminar material (slide shows and student handouts), and its presentation, typically on-customer-site
or at large trade shows. Many times these training services extend to potential customers while supporting Sales personnel in
a booth at trade shows or at customer sites. More intense topics, including hands-on lab-work, often are formulated into a workshop
format for longer retention and utility.
Within engineering contracts, training tasks frequently include product specific courses designed for the needs of particular audiences:
Management, Sales, Quality Assurance, Production, Marketing, and of course, Engineering departments. Since the general personality
types are different between these departments, adjustments are made in content and delivery techniques to properly connect with each
kind of audience with just the right information for maximum benefits.
